Data Protectify would like to highlight a significant development in Vietnam’s data protection landscape. On 19 September 2026, the Government officially issued Decree No. 363/2026/ND-CP on administrative sanctions in the field of data protection. The Decree is scheduled to take effect from 11 November 2026.
