Recently, the Data Protectify team gathered in Da Lat for our Energy & Strategy Day 2026 - an occasion dedicated not only to strategic alignment, but also to strengthening the connections that make our team who we are. 

Set against the refreshing atmosphere of Da Lat, the trip provided an opportunity for team members to step away from their daily routines, recharge their energy, and spend meaningful time together.  

Reflecting on Our Journey and Looking Ahead 

A key highlight of the program was the Strategy Day session, where team members came together to reflect on our achievements, discuss priorities, and exchange ideas for the future. 

The discussions encouraged open dialogue, collaboration, and a shared understanding of the goals that will continue guiding Data Protectify's growth. More importantly, they reinforced our collective commitment to delivering practical, technology-enabled, and high-quality services to our clients and partners. 

Building Connections Beyond Work 

One of the most meaningful aspects of the trip was the opportunity to interact with one another outside of our usual professional roles. Through team activities, shared meals, the cooking competition, evening gatherings, and countless informal conversations, we were reminded that strong teams are built through human connections. We laughed together. We learned new things about one another. We shared stories that rarely find their way into project meetings and status updates. 

These moments may seem small, but they matter. Because trust is built in moments like these. Collaboration becomes easier when people understand one another better. And organizations become stronger when relationships extend beyond tasks and responsibilities.
